Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using hd222. By accessing or using hd222.club, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and hd222 ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the hd222.club website and all associated gaming, betting, and payment services offered thereon. If you are unable to provide satisfactory verification of your age, hd222 reserves the right to suspend your account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and void any winnings accrued during the period in which your age was unverified. Any person found to have misrepresented their age will have their account immediately terminated and all funds forfeited.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access the gaming and betting services offered by hd222, you must register a player account. Registration requires the provision of accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You agree that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Account Rules
- Each player is permitted to maintain one and only one account on hd222. Opening multiple accounts, whether under your own name or a different identity, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
- You are prohibited from allowing any other person to access or use your hd222 account. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including all bets placed and all deposits and withdrawals made.
- Account balances are non-transferable. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise deal with your account or the funds within it to any third party.
- hd222 accounts are intended for personal, recreational use only. The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonuses, or otherwise interact with the hd222 platform is strictly prohibited.
Password Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your hd222 account login credentials. You must choose a strong, unique password and must not reuse a password used on any other website or service. hd222 recommends enabling mobile OTP verification where available as an additional security layer.
hd222 support staff will never ask for your account password, bKash PIN, Nagad mPIN, or Rocket PIN through any communication channel. If you receive a communication purporting to be from hd222 that requests such credentials, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it through the official support channel at hd222.club.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
hd222 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in BDT and no currency conversion is applied. hd222 does not accept deposits or process payments in any currency other than BDT.
Deposit Terms
- The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by hd222, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
- All funds deposited into an hd222 account must originate from a payment account legitimately registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits from a payment account not registered in your own name — are strictly prohibited.
- hd222 may request verification of the payment method used for a deposit before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security and anti-money-laundering procedure.
- hd222 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) may apply their standard transaction charges in accordance with their own terms of service.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method from which the original deposit was made, or to a verified account held in the player's own name. Withdrawals cannot be made to third-party accounts.
- bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 3 to 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) are typically processed within 2 business hours.
- Before approving withdrawal requests above a certain threshold, hd222 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, which may include submission of a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document.
- hd222 reserves the right to refuse or delay any withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, hd222 may freeze the account and conduct an investigation before releasing any funds.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
hd222 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated alongside the individual offer.
General Bonus Conditions
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once, including through the creation of a second account, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and winnings.
- hd222 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a player account will not be retrospectively removed, except in cases of bonus abuse or breach of these Terms.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.
- hd222 may at its discretion void any bonus and cancel any associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to meet rollover requirements, or exploiting technical errors in the platform.
Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh cricket tournaments (BPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events) and cultural events (Eid, Pohela Boishakh) may be offered by hd222 from time to time. These are subject to the same general bonus conditions outlined above, plus any additional specific conditions published with each promotion. hd222 is not obligated to offer any particular promotion and the availability of seasonal offers may vary.
6. Game Rules and Fair Play
All casino games, slot titles, live dealer tables, crash games, and sports betting markets offered on hd222 are provided by certified third-party gaming providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own set of rules published by the respective provider.

hd222 reserves the right to void any bet that is accepted due to an obvious pricing error, whether caused by a technical malfunction or human error. A pricing error is defined as odds that are manifestly incorrect relative to the true market price at the time of placement. In such cases, the voided bet amount will be returned in full to the player's account.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hd222 and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Using false, stolen, or fabricated identity documents during registration or KYC verification, including providing another person's National ID (NID) or mobile number as your own.
- Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources and subsequently withdrawing them through hd222's payment channels.
- Collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinating live casino bets to exploit promotional offers.

- Registering an account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to operate your hd222 account, whether for financial gain or any other purpose.
hd222 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Suspected violations are investigated thoroughly, and hd222 reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of any investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, all funds associated with the account will be forfeited and the account permanently closed.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hd222 shall not be liable to any player or third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the hd222 platform. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought. Without limiting the foregoing, hd222 shall not be liable for:

- Interruption or unavailability of the hd222 platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications network failures.
- Any losses arising from a player's reliance on information provided on hd222.club, including but not limited to game odds, promotional information, or any content that may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date at the time of access.
- Any financial losses incurred by a player as a result of gambling activity on hd222, including losses arising from games of chance, sports betting, or any other wagering activity available on the platform.
hd222's total aggregate liability to any player for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
hd222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, an account may be suspended or terminated in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to age misrepresentation, prohibited conduct, or bonus abuse.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by hd222 when requested.
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, after which hd222 may close the account and transfer any remaining balance to the last verified payment method on file.
- A voluntary request by the account holder to close their account, including self-exclusion requests made under the responsible gaming framework.
Where an account is closed by hd222 for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method within 5 business days. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, hd222 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance.
12. Privacy and Data Protection

13. Amendments to These Terms
hd222 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
Your continued use of hd222.club following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the hd222 platform and may request the closure of your account.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. hd222 makes no representations that the materials on hd222.club are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute between a player and hd222 arising from the use of the platform, the player should first contact hd222 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. hd222 commits to responding to all formal dispute notifications within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the dispute resolution process as determined by hd222 in good faith.
